When you have unwanted algae than yes, not good..

+1 to brookster. cut the light back and the algae will also cut back. Also I believe otos are good little algae cleaners, but need to be kept in at least a small group. They are cute little buggers. Some snails also are good glass cleaners

Oh dude... Easy.. Cut lights to 6/7 hrs! 15 is way too much!

What kind of pleco is that?

And lights should only be kept on for 6-9 hours or your just asking for algae.

I was just hanging around my Lfs on a Tuesday at 7, just so happened to get a hugeeee shipment of fish in.. I called dibs on the smallest of the 3 they got. Picked him up a week later!
