My favorite is flounder.

LOL Brian. Have you tried Tilapia? It’s very similar in taste to flounder and is my favorite SW fish Also it’s only $3.49 a lb at Walmart.

Never have "that I know of" I do not cook fish at home. Stinks up the house to much.

I only grill it outside after marinating in butter, lime juice, & a few spices. Red Lobster turned me on to it a couple of months ago, they grill it really well

I dont have one yet, but once i saw a Mandarin Goby at the LFS, i knew my tank was gonna be built for one...the tanks still cycling and I'm still a long way from a mandarin
