Possible Pinoy Paraiba Angel?

So I picked out my angels from the lfs assortment, and one of them was a black lace. When I first got him he was a matte black, but the older he gets the more noticeable these iridescent blue areas on him become. He looks like he's blushing iridescent blue on both cheeks, and the ends of his fins also have blue patches now. I was looking at Angelfish USA yesterday, and saw some Pinoy Paraiba's they are breeding. It seems like I may have stumbled onto a gene for this? In addition to the blue, his sides kind of fade into a shimmery gold brownish color too so I know he's a big ole mutt, but at the right angle and light you can see the blue there too! He sure is pretty. I wonder if he would pass this blue gene if he were paired right?
