posting pictures

ok, maybe I'm just a little slow today, but how the heck do you post a picture. I've got a little bmp file i want to show about these "spores" in my tank, but the file won't post.

any ideas?

BMP files are not permitted. Basicly because bitmaps are not compressed and their file size as compared to the overall image size is awful. Convert to one of the following image types that are permitted. Remember the file size limit. Maximum Upload Size: 250 KB
