Prepping a tank for endlers!

Have a planted 10g and im going to be getting some endlers the 25th.
because there super small an have a small bioload, can the bacteria slowly buildup? and i already hav some baby ramshorns (well actually like 20, and more egg sacks on the glass. So whats your guys opinion?
