Price for shipping fish?

Hey all, just wondering what you guys usually end up paying for shipping your fish. I just got done shipping some guppies out, it was a bit pricey, without saying what I paid, what do you usually pay?
What shipping service do you use?
What do you pack your boxes with?
where to put heaters?

I tried ordering a green terror and a oscar from new jersey to cali and it was 21 for the fish and 80 for delivery i canceled

Well I figured out my own answer! the shipping is really provided on what shipping service you use and what your willing to pay,
things to add are, but not limited to;
Bag with fish in it
styrofoam (cost varies on bulk buying)
heating packs (anywhere from $1-10[Note these should not be put right next to the plastic bags you ship in])
The box you use!

So with your case im guessing the main cost came from the oscar, with oscars getting pretty large shipping an oscar out could get pretty pricey, where as i ship guppies, and they, thankfully, are rather small and easy to ship out.
