Hello I currently have a Saltwater Reef Tank and I am setting up a ten gallon freshwater tank. I am wondering if I could possibly put some Pea with Kuhli Loaches. I love the look and personality of both fish and I did not know if they could live together?

Yah, you probably won't see much of the khulis, they tend to go ballistic all night, may piss off the puffs and the puffs will bite them. You could certainly try.

Not with pea puffs really, despite their minute size they carry quite an attitude.
