Puffers and Endler's?

The two would not work well together. Dwarf puffers and larger puffers would harass the endlers
 
I've never heard of dwarf puffers doing well with any other species...everybody I've known who had them kept them species-only and under heavier security than male bettas
 
Oh I cringe at the fact people want to put them with other fish or in a community tank. I'm sure with the right fish it might work out but I've heard too many stories about them being aggressive. A friend of mine had one and it would chew threw the plastic tubing for the air pump in her tank.
 
Dwarf puffers should be kept alone. When they are young, they will tolerate other fish but when they mature they turn into killers. Do a search and you will find many people who started out with them in a community tank and ended up with a lot of injured or dead fish.
