I'm looking for a good and quiet pump or a 150 gal. Have no idea what to get

I have a blueline external pump that's extremely quiet, but heats the tank up. I don't know if that's with most external pumps, but it seems the submersible or pretty quiet. Might be a better alternative if you have a large enough section in the sump.

I've always used Little Giant pumps very quiet not to expensive and very reliable

It is external I use the 4 MDQX-SC its rated for 200 to 275 gal aquariums it does 1225@ 3' head and 1080@ 6'
