Purple tip anemone help

Hi guys

my purple tip anemone is about 1/8 th of what he used to be he has being like this for 2 months now :-(

Does anybody know what could be wrong
Everything else is thriving

All water conditions are perfect

The tank is well over 12 months I've had this anemone for about 6 months fine for the first 4 months then went very small and does not eat

400 litre tank
Great water flow
4 x 65 w T5 2 x marine blue 2 x marine white

How long is your tank? I've never seen 65 watt T5's before. They usually go 54 watts for 48" and 80 watts for 60" if I'm not mistaken. Just trying to clear up the lighting so you can make sure thats not the cause.
