Question for light experts...

Hi All! I have a 180 Malawi tank and have been looking forever to find a light I like. I found an AquaticLife 72" light with 6 rows of HO T5 bulbs for a steal. I would think this is a lot of light for me, but is there a way to make this work? Could I use regular t5 bulbs in it in lieu of HO bulbs?

Thoughts?
