How do I get a picture from my gallery to appear in a regular post?

I'm not sure how people get those thumbnails in their posts, but you can link the photo like this

To get the link go to your gallery and right click the picture you want, then select "properties." The address for the pic will be there so highlight it and hit Ctrl+C to copy that link. Paste the link in you post, highlight the link and click on "Img." That will surround the link with code that will enable that link to show as an image in your post.

Thanks Sati! So how do I post other pictures without putting them in my gallery? I saw the Properties of other peoples posts and they have an "aquarium advive" url location. How do I post pics to that URL?
