questions on ich/ columnaris

hello again smart fish people. I have been treating my tank for ich for 10 days and while I was treating for ich one of my fish died from columnaris so I started treating my tank with furan-2. I just following the directions on the package which requires four total doses & some water changes which I just finished doing. SO in theory I'm ready to put my filter media back in and get back to normal. But my precious celestial eye is missing some scales near his tail and his back tail looks a little raggedy. Other than that he is swimming/eating/breathing fine (and being cute). Is this a sign I need to keep treating or should he be fine with transitioning back to normal and will heal eventually??
