That is totally up to you. I think the black phantoms are beautiful, so a couple would make a nice addition, but is up to you. Personally, I would just get a single pencil fish for some variety. But hey, the combo is neons and gbr is sooooo lovely, that it would also be beautiful if you just added a few more neons too.
