So I have a 15g that presently hold about 10 RCS and 3 orange cherry shrimp, I'd love to reproduce them to do some trading in local shrimp groups in my area. I also hold some small guppy, molly and platy fry in the same tank. I did some research and what I found surprised me.. Do I really just let them so their thing and they reproduce ? And tips/tricks to help ? Thanks :)

I got 5 RCS in mid February and now have about 30 and at least 5 females with eggs. Mine are in a tank with a dozen neon tetras and one straggler serpae tetra and one peppered cory and they're going to town on their own. This is my first experience with shrimp and I haven't changed anything other than feeding a little more than I had been. I feed a combo of API bottom feeder pellets and Omega One tropical flakes.
