revamping 5g betta tank

Hey all how's it going I'm wanting to revamp my 5g betta tank



So I'm thinking of adding another small piece of DW and moving some rocks around and adding some more plants I've only got java moss atm which my betta loves he lays in it all the time also have a couple small nerite snails in there two
Here's a couple pieces I just found today while fishing







Which piece do you all think piece 1 or 2 also I'm thinking of going with nymphoides sp taiwan if not that maybe some small crypts through out the tank to fill in like a jungle I'm open-minded at this point brainstorming thanks in advance also I plan to switch to a sponge filter over time

I'd go with the bigger one for now. That's a nice piece of driftwood for that size aquarium.
