Been looking for something like this to maybe run like after an HOB as a automatic water changer. Another DIY project in the making.

At a quick glance,
Doesn't have a flush loop on the flow Restrictor, doesn't have a pressure gauge.

Both important items!

(Also unless it's always really warm, 50gpd won't produce much water, nominal production is at 24'C water temp and around 60-65psi)

Something with 10" canisters would be better as the serviceable parts are more common. Everybody sells 10" replacement filters!
 
Thanks guys. I ended up buying the unit. 430 tds from tap 000 coming out. It is slow. That's the only real down fall. I guess time will tell on reliability.
