Saltwater tank cycling

I have my 20g tank cycling with live sand currently. It has been about 2 weeks. I was wondering at what point can I begain to stock it. I plan on putting live rock in tommorow, but I didn't know if I could start putting a hardy fish or two in as well or I can only put some snails/ crabs in or nothing at all for a while. I have done freshwater cycling on tanks before, but never a saltwater.

You won't think about stocking until you start cycling the tank when the rock is in there. If you present an ammonia source and there is no detectable ammonia after 24 hours, you can add livestock.
