Schooling Only Stock Ideas

I'm planning on getting either a 20 or 25 gallon tank in about 2 weeks and would love to make it like a schooling only tank. I would like to have all levels covered and I know I want some type of Cory for the bottom level. Any ideas on what I could put in it?

Tetras for the mid, hatchets for the top maybe? You have plenty of options if you want schooling fish. A longer tank (20g long) would let you get some of the faster, larger bodied tetras too.
