Seasquirts are non-photosynthetic, therefore will not care about the lighting, most will keep them in subdued lighting to prevent algae from growing on them, they require large amounts of phyto, so be prepared to feed.

Hi reefrunner, do you have any organisms that need phyto where you have to also supplement phyto besides your mush?

I'm growing a tank fulla phyto for that reason because of featherdusters clams squirts etc.

I would speculate that filter feeders can benefeit from the very fine particles of blender mush?

If so, is Blender mush enough or is it necessary to also add phyto.

I noticed that your tank dwellers are dining well (y) so I was just wondering.

TIA!!
