I sealed my tank with petco aquarium silicon, left it for 48 hrs. and have just filled it up. Its been sitting for about a half hour, and i only sea one spot that looks to have a leak. Should i empty it out now, or should i let it sit with the water in it to see if there are any more leaks?

I understand that to plug this leak i now have i have to let the tank dry, use some rubbing alc. and seal that spot back up.

Let it sit a while longer and see if anything else pops up. Although if you've already re-sealed it and it's still leaking I'd be wary of trusting it long-term. Is it a new tank or old? If it's a new one and you can exchange it for another one I would do that to be safe. If not, then seal it again and keep testing it.
