Just bought a sebae anemone and wanted to know if mysis or brine shrimp would b better to feed?

Also what clowns are likely to host this?
And any tricks on helping it host it?

Thanks

The seabae is a little on the difficult side and needs a fairly mature tank of one year. There is no guarantee that a clown will host any anenome. Mine ignored the anenome and hosted corals instead. I think mysis or brine might be too small. I never fed my anenomes as they get all they need from the lighting and water column.
