You generally don't. It takes someone who knows what they're looking at, and even then sometimes it's off.

Why would you like to know?
 
I was just wondering because I always calling mine girls. And really don't want babies but I guess if it happens it happens

Angels are nearly impossible to sex, you just have to wait until they get older and hopefully pair up. If that happens you can observe the behavior as a final deciding factor on the sex. But this is not always 100% accurate
