It's not just that they get big- they are open water swimmers. they are out of their element in small, closed systems. I have a 265 and I feel it's not big enough for the 4" vlamingi tang i have in it right now.
Will he survive, sure. Will he be stress free, I don't know, but if i had to guess, I'd say no.
