Ive had them for about a month and they havnt grown. At all..do they need more light? How do I know if thry need more or less flow? Shoukd I get coral food? Plankton foods or whatever they are? My green star polyps have a few new heads but not much..

What types of light? Corals get most of what they need from ther zooxanthellae through photosynthesis.

Should be fine for gsp and other softies. How long have you ha all your corals? I know my gsp took a little to get used to my tank before it took off

All you are going to do adding food to a small tank like that is create the need for more nutrient export. If your parameters are ok, and you have a couple fish in the tank, they don't need supplemental food. You are not going to be growing GSP an inch a week.
