Hi everyone..
So, I just recently got some ghost shrimp for the first time and now I am completely obsessed with shrimp! They are so much fun to watch and there are so many awesome types of shrimp. I currently have an empty 10G that I want to turn into a shrimp tank. I need all the help I can get as this will be my first time trying this.
My questions:
Best substrate for shrimp? (I think I want to use sand...but not sure which type is best)
Is it best to have live plants? (I also know NOTHING about live plants, but I've been reading as much as I can)
Do I start cycling it as I would if I was just starting up another tank for fish, or are there different things I need to be doing?
Please help!
