Shrimp...would they work 4 me? with my fish?

I have a 29 Gal with 6 real plants.
2 juvanile Upside Down Cats
1 Baby African Dwarf Frog
many snails
1 Bristlenose Pleco in a week.

Possibly a Half-moon Beta in the future? Or some mid-to-upper level swimmer.

My question is: Would shrimp be at peace with the animals in there now?
