I have a full grown SAE about three inches, he is not really aggressive and does not mess with full grown guppies but will he eat the babies?
Thanks for any help !! :)

Oh!! Haha more info might help.. Huh?
They will be in a 29 gal planted with just him some snails and the momma till she is done having the fry.

There will be lots of places to hide for the little guys but I'm sure that will not help them if he decides to have a little fish with his salad.
Any thoughts ideas or experiences would be great.

I don't think he would eat them, they aren't built for hunting live fish. You could always just toss them in a breeder net to be safe.

That's kinda what I was thinking too but at the same time I'm thinking that if an easy meal just presents its self???? Lol I guess I'll just wait and see if the little ones start going missing and if they do ill move him to my other tank.

I'm just trying to picture him trying to eat one and he have to be nearly vertical, lol I really can't see it.
