Sick cherry barb

I have a female cherry barb that is super skinny and just hangs out in one area of the tank. The other ones are healthy and healthy looking. What's wrong?!?!?

When did you get the cherry barbs?

Tank size? Tank mates? Water parameters? We crave more information with which to diagnose the problem!

My initial suspicion is internal parasites.
