Sick Dwarf Guarami...wounded and dropsy?

My dwarf guarami that I have owned for about 6 months, just recently got a sore on his right side. Today I noticed he has what looks like pineconing but only on his lower lip. His belly is not bloated or anything. I love him and I want to get him healthy again.

What should I do?!

Hi there, could be bacterial infection - can you describe the sore? I'd do a water change now (never hurts, just match temps approximately).

Also would you have readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph?

Last one would be to check the fish food date.

I assume all the other fish are ok? Any other changes in the tank recently?
