sick Ryukin

I have 2 Ryukin in a 20 gallon tank that are approx 6 years old. Yesterday I found one of them hiding under the log on its side. Its breathing but doesn't move and doesn't eat. I checked the water and all is ok except the ph is low (no2/no3/amm = 0, ph = 6.0).

He so well hidden that I can't check him well. His fins appeared frayed and it seems like there a slight fuzz on the edge.

What is wrong and it is treatable?

Maybe fin rot I would go to your LFS and purchase anti fungal meds try that might work

A pic would help to id what's going on though it does sound like fin rot which is a bacterial infection. Quite a few fungal meds are actually a combo of antibiotics and an anti fungal- check the ingredients first.
