Sick tiger oscar

Hi, my tiger Oscar was fine earlier today but tonight he has his fins slightly clamped and won't eat :/ looks fine except a small scratch on his side but only looks superficial, the water peramiters are fine and all the other fish are fine, any ideas??

Maybe overfeeding? Check to make sure his gills and everythjng are okay also.
