Hello I have a black skirt tetra and recently it had ick with heavy breathing for 3days. It has stop eating and it doesn't swim around alot. It swims when im not around. I did put an airstone in the tank. I did medicate with Api super ick and melafix and salt. The ick fell off and I am still medicating it. Its been 3days and I do see improvement but it looked like it had a parasite in its mouth. 3 hours later the parasite is gone but now it has white stuff on gills not inside and around mouth and still breathing heavy. Everything in the tank is fine. Just my water is a little hard. What should I do? I'm sorry this picture is not clear enough.

Could be secondary fungal or bacterial infection unfortunately.
