Small stringy things

There are very small stringy white/clear things floating all through my 10 gallon. A baby angelfish is eating them all day. Idk what it is. Possibly hydra ?

And yes I know now that angels should not be in a ten gallon. Didn't know at the time. I'm a beginner and I still do not have master testing kit to test the water parameters.

Planaria I think.

The tank has only been set up for about a month. You think planaria could be that bad already. I don't over feed and I vacuumed the gravel. It wasn't that bad. I did put a live fern in there. Do those carry anything?
