Smaller fish not geting food

I have a tank, with multiple sharks of different kinds in this case its a black shark and a RTS.
My red tailed shark isnt eating be cause he is only 2 inches or smaller and the black shark is 3-4 inches and he is aggressive. I cant afford a new tank. To separate them . I wish to keep them both ! What do i do? Make a safe zone during feeding time? With a mesh bag or something? Please help!

Have you tried feeding at both ends of the tank at the same Sometimes that works.
