I recently added a few snails to my tank. I've got a gold mystery, two zebra, and to be honest I forgot the last one but it's some sort of nerite snail. Since I added them I've found these white spots showing up on some driftwood. I know the gold mystery snail lays its eggs above the water but I don't know about the others. What do you think?

I think it may be nerite snail eggs. They only hatch in saltwater, so you don't have to worry about it overpopulating. And you are right about mystery snails laying eggs out of water.
