Snails, maybe?

We just noticed some small white dots on the inside of our tank. At first they look like small specks of white paint, after looking at them through a magnifying glass they look like they could be tiny snails. Is this how snails are born or do I have a bigger problem?

How old is your system? They could be Spirorbid worms. Small feather duster worms that show up alot in new systems.
