Some Sort of Algae, It wont go away.

I have this weird sort of algae that has been on my live rock for a couple of months now. I don't know what to do. Does anyone know what causes it, and how to get rid of it? I have puffers in my tank so I can not put snails and invertabrates in there. If anyone can help please! Thanks in advanced.

get some turbo snail and you will see the difference.

Have you tested for phosphates in your water? How often do you do a water change and how long are your lights on each day?
