something growing on live rock

I'm not sure what this is but it's growing on the underside of a piece of live rock (the center of the picture - it's white in color and "fluffy" looking-just above the shrimps antenna). I'm thinking I should just leave it be but since I'm not quite sure what it is, I can't verify that it's not something "bad."

I just cant make it out. Can you get a better pic by any chance? Just cant see it too good.
 
It kind of looks like a sponge of some type. I have them in my tank. I have white, yellow and orange ones.
