A couple months ago I got a spotted climbing perch (Ctenopoma acutirostre). The guy at the LFS told me he would be fine in my community tank so I thought all would be good. I did a little research later to find out he's supposed to be carnivorous and eat anything little. He is just a little guy right now 1.5", but I was wondering what I should do? Nothing in my tank is smaller than he is now, but after seeing him "yawn" I became very concerned. Should I try to take him back or just wait and see?
Tank specs
60G
5 Buenos Aries Tetras
3 Dwarf Neon Rainbows
2 Bleeding Hearts
1 Red Hooked Met
1 Silver Dollar
1 Black Skirt Tetra
1 Krib
3 Rosy Barbs
2 Angels
2 Emperor Tetras
1 Paradise fish
4 Various Gouramis
1 Rubbernose pleco
1 "tiger striped" Loach
1 Golden Kili (another one he said was safe)

Yeah its a little full but working on getting another tank.
Thanks

He will eventually inhale all your tank occupants except:

...and the krib and killi could be at risk, depending on how big they are when the Ctenopoma hits 6".

So are they fast growers and I should try to take care of him now or do I have some time to let him grow and see if he becomes more of a problem?
