Spraybar vs CO2 Loss vs Oxygen Levels

A friend of mines told me that placing a spray bar above the water will result in loss of CO2 levels. However, my setup only allows me to place the spray bar above the water line, so I rotated the water outflow so that it hits the tank wall before entering the water. The results seems fine but now, I am worried about the lack of oxygen.

Do you think the spray bar, in its new position, is creating enough oxygen for my tank?

Are you injecting co2? If not nothing to worry about.

Just ordered a pressurized system, will arrive in a week. Once the pressurized co2 is installed, will there be a lack of oxygen with the spray bar facing the tank wall?

If you're injecting you'll want minimal surface agitation. Oxygen will not be am issue as long as everything is dialled in and the plants are producing.
We've been using small power heads in planted tanks to make up for lack of flow from filter. I'd lose the spray bar and just have an intake on one end and out on the other. Of you notice dead spots add a koralia nano or something similar to keep plants moving slightly
