Starfish?

There are tiny white starfish all over my tank. They started our really small, now are about the size of a penny with their legs outstretched. They are all over the Green Hair Algae and some spots of glass. Here is a photo:
I was told that they were tiny white serpent stars when there were 2, but now there seems to be 50 and I'm having second thoughts in that opinion. Any input in that? What are they? Thanks'

They are serpent stars. Dont feed so heavily and they should start disapearing. It's based on how much food they find laying around in the tank.
