Start a pico

If I used LR and LS from my current tank to start a pico would it shorten/eliminate the cycle time?

I set up a 25 gallon last week and put 10 gallons of water from an already established tank and the rest from my lfs then put all live rock and live sand and my tank cycled in 5 days I also added seachem stability. I now have a fire fish and 2 clowns along with a few corals and everything is doing great and my water levels are good too. 0 ammonia 0 nitrites and 5-10 nitrates.
