If it's like a little "lice" looking bug its probably a pod. If its long and wormish could be a bristleworm.

need more of a description :)

It's hard to take a picture it's so small.
It's fast small almost clear but light brown reminds me of a flea like bug

Hello all,
I hope you all don't mind if I follow along with this thread as I too am in the process of building a 20gal. long. It has taken me the last three months to research and get equipment together and I am at the point where I did my wet test over the past 2 days and everything looks good at this point. Now to get my storage vats, salt, live rock, and such in order. I'll be following along to make sure I am doing everything correctly. Thanks again, this is a great forum with good people to go to!!:thanks:

I know it;s hard but patience is the biggest thing you need to learn in saltwater. You are always waiting for something it seems. lol

You'll get there though then the real fun begins.
:)

You think your addicted. Ask Carey why she has 7 tanks up and running, 3 that she is trying to sell and still looking on Craigs List for more. LOL Ok, after only 2 months I am just as addicted just can't afford to support the addition like I want.

You can't. They will or they wont. Kind of like my kids, I can't make them do anything either. They will or they wont. LOL Seriously, from what I am told you have no way of knowing if they will host anything. I did see a post on here a while back where a couple were hosting at tea pot. Yes I said tea pot. LOL

Your tank looks fantastic!!

Thanks I've recently changed my aquascape and moved my anemones around

I've heard lots of different thoughts about mixing anemones with coral .... What do u think? Good idea or no?? I have two large long tentacle anemones

I was wondering just that because I was planning on getting both but I oh gave a 10g nano so there really isn't much space, I'm thinking if they are on opposite sides it should be fine. I will probably introduce the anemone first and add the coral after so I can place it far from the place the anemone picked.

My lights are double bright LEDs but I'm not to sure they are the best if u want corals the lights were $85

I got the 50$ ho t5 with 4bulbs and 4leds in there. Working real well so far. Thinking of adding some sps once tank stabilizes.

I have high nitrate levels
20 gal long , 25 lbs of live rock , about 3 in Of live sand
Can I stop running my Ehein canister filter and only run my protein skimmer??
