Sticks??

I have all these little sticks on my LR and sometimes they release this white stringy stuff lol. Can anyone tell me what it is?

I have them as well. Not sure on the ID but deifntiely a small species of worm, maybe calcareous. Filter feeding and harmless.

This stuff is not only amazing at wiping out aiptasia but I have used it on a couple larger vermetid snails and have not seen any webbing from them since.
