I'm stuck at what to get.

I'm restocking a 55 gallon tank after losing nearly all of my fish during a power outage. I have intentions of upgrading my tank to a 100 gallon or so in about a year, but for now I'd really like to make the best of this tank.

Here's what I currently have:

1 Black Ghost Knife
3 Serpae Tetras
2 Rosy Barbs
1 Pleco

For close to four weeks now, everyone has been getting along great, but I'd like to add a few more. I have no idea what would be considered over or understocked in a 55 gallon. I'd like to stray away from getting any more small fish (under 2") because of the BGK. How many more fish would you recommend and what kind?

Thanks!

neons would be a great addition, they are small and school great
they are aso brightly coloured
The BGK will leave these fellows along and they are no threat to him
I keep angels with my BGK also gouramis and black widows, cory dorys and BN, and one bala shark in a 55 g tank
all seem to get along just fine with no issues
you have a pleco so the BN are no use to you.

Yeah, I was thinking about getting a few Angelfish. I had one before the power outage. The Neon Tetras do look cool. I might look into them as well.

Thanks for the reply!
