I will try to get her to take some pics but she said it looks like a grain I salt or sand. The heater is only getting the tank up to 85 turned all the way up? I've read that it probably needs to be unplugged then set to the current tank temp and plugged back in to get it working right.. There is good news though. She said everyone is looking better and only one of the fish still have the spots.
