Stocking suggestions for 20g planted

So, I currently have 8 guppies in my 20g planted tank that are actively breeding. One of the fry from the most recently pregnant female is doing well and growing so technically I have 9 guppies. I also have 3 RCS. I'd like to add some sort of other small tetra/danio type fish that would do well with the current inhabitants and not cause aggression. Some of the guppies might have to turn into dinner for my turtle if they keep breeding because my 20g can't support too many fish. Let me know what you guys think.

Neon tetras? They are really peaceful, small, easy to come by and very fun to watch!
