Stranger in my tank

Hi

I only just took over my sisters fish a week ago so I am completely new to this. I have a filter and I did a water change on Saturday, the water had settled by Sunday but now it looks murky again and I've found two of these in my tank. I have no idea what they are can anyone shed some expertise please?

I can't tell, it seemed to come out my fish

Looks like an earthworm of some sort

Definitely not. They've multiplied and they're coming out a white sore on the side of the goldfish from what I can tell

Poor guys! Is it an anchor worm?

I'm worried it might be I can't think what else it would be but I didn't think they looked like that. I'll have to go show the picture to the vets I think because I've no idea how to treat it

Any time you have living things coming out of a hole they created in another living thing, you're dealing with parasites. I've tried a few different things, and Prazi Pro worked best for me. Can you get a picture of the wound?
