9 gallon eheim for plants, few shrimp, few fish. Plants are most important. Is flourite with fluval stratum on top good choice?? I wanted Eco complete but can't get it unless I order it online (which I'll do if that's better)

Imo eco-complete is the way to go..here's my 10g planted fish/shrimp tank w/eco-complete..

I like Eco and use it in all my tanks, big and small.
